Role Description The Inside Sales Manager – Digital Marketing Agency will lead and optimize the end-to-end inside sales function for Fuzia Talent’s on-demand growth and execution services. This full-time remote role focuses on building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline, converting inbound and outbound leads, and nurturing relationships with founders, coaches, and growing businesses seeking digital marketing and growth support. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and driving deals to closure in collaboration with delivery and marketing teams.



The role also involves setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and continuously refining sales processes and messaging based on data and market feedback. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with leadership to forecast revenue, support strategic campaigns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention. Qualifications
• Strong inside sales and sales closing skills, with experience managing remote, consultative sales cycles for digital marketing or agency services.
• Proven lead generation and pipeline development abilities, including nurturing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting strategies.
• Customer satisfaction and account management skills to build trust, understand client goals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in solution-based selling to founders, coaches, consultants, or small businesses, preferably in a digital, SaaS, or service-based environment.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and basic analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and guide decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering clear presentations and proposals to global clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with marketing and delivery teams.
