What You'll Do
• Be the primary point of contact for learners and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and helping them achieve success.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the overall customer journey.
• Proactively engage with learners to drive product adoption and maximize value.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Track customer feedback and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor key customer success metrics and contribute to business growth.



? Who We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, Customer Experience, or Relationship Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
