- 10+ years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage the end-to-end finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audits.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports.
• Manage month-end/year-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants,



and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:
• CA / CA Inter CMA / M.
Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, statutory compliance, and MIS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
