What you'll do
- Communicate confidently with UK-based parents through various channels, converting inquiries into enrolments.
- Develop and execute engaging digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to create compelling marketing content and streamline processes.
- Manage and optimize our CRM to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the founders on campaign strategies and business growth initiatives while working independently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. ## What we're looking for
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with UK parents.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management,



or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation, including familiarity with AI tools.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and basic SEO principles.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and follow-ups.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. ## Nice to have
- Previous experience in the education sector or working with UK or international customers.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
