The Copywriter will craft clear, compelling copy for campaigns targeting Tier 2/3 and rural audiences across digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast media. Daily responsibilities include developing concepts and scripts, writing and refining copy for ads, social media, websites, and press releases, and collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and account teams. The role involves adapting messaging to multiple languages and cultural contexts,



proofreading all communication for accuracy and consistency, and aligning content with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. The Copywriter will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas to client pitches, and stay updated on trends in rural and semi-urban marketing. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Press Releases skills for advertising campaigns, brand communication, and media outreach.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams.
• Candidates should possess thorough Proofreading skills to ensure error-free, consistent, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Marketing principles, especially in digital and integrated campaigns for Tier 2/3 and rural markets.
• Relevant experience as a Copywriter or Content Writer in advertising or digital agencies, preferably with exposure to semi-urban or rural audiences.
• Ability to write culturally nuanced, audience-specific copy and adapt tone and language for different formats and platforms.
• Strong collaborative skills, openness to feedback, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Educational background in Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
