Role Description The Autocad Drafter will support the design team by translating architectural concepts into precise technical drawings and documentation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Moradabad and involves preparing detailed architectural and interior working drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans using AutoCAD and related drafting tools. The Autocad Drafter will coordinate with architects and designers to refine design details, ensure drawings meet project specifications and local standards, and update documentation as designs evolve. Daily responsibilities include maintaining organized drawing files,



producing revisions, collaborating with project teams, and contributing to accurate visual representation of spaces for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing to convert design concepts into transparent, accurate documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings and Architecture to understand spatial layouts, building elements, and design intent.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing Shop Drawings to support fabrication, construction, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting), with familiarity in related design or BIM software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience in architectural drafting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans, specifications, and schedules with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a studio environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of building materials, basic construction practices, and relevant standards or codes is an advantage.
