Role Description The Principal Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and delivering high-impact consulting and interview coaching services on the PInterview platform. This role includes designing and conducting structured mock interviews, providing detailed feedback and actionable guidance, and developing personalized improvement plans for students and professionals. The Principal Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine interview frameworks, contribute to best practices, and support the creation of training materials and resources.



Additional responsibilities include mentoring other consultants, ensuring service quality and consistency, and representing PInterview in client and partner engagements to strengthen relationships and drive platform adoption. Qualifications
• Strong consulting and advisory skills, including experience in career coaching, interview preparation, or talent assessment.
• Proven ability to design and conduct structured interviews across various domains (e.g., campus placement, corporate job, HR, technical, or coding interviews).
• Excellent communication, feedback, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and constructively.
• Experience working remotely and independently, with strong time management, organization, and client-handling skills.
• Background in recruitment, human resources, management consulting, or leadership roles in industry is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools and online learning platforms; comfort with technology-driven service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, HR, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline); advanced degrees or certifications in coaching, HR, or consulting are a plus.
