1–5 years; experience in Durable Sports Surface is an added advantage. Employment Type: Full-time | On-site About the Opportunity Tara Aspire Consulting is hiring a Telemarketing Executive on behalf of its client, Aadya Infra Co., a provider of durable sports surface solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to generate business leads and identify potential customers.
• Connect with schools, colleges, sports academies, clubs, builders, architects, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
• Introduce the company's sports surface solutions and explain their benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential project opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.




• Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated lead database.
• Maintain daily calling records and lead-generation reports.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging prospective clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B lead generation is preferred. Candidate Preference Candidates based in Delhi NCR who can commute to Dwarka, Recent Delhi.
