We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with exceptional communication and problem solving skills, capable of translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end users, to drive successful project delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: ◦ Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, surveys, and other techniques to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from diverse stakeholders. ◦ Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows. ◦ Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization. ◦ Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Documentation and Modeling: ◦ Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), process maps (e.g., BPMN), data flow diagrams, and wireframes/prototypes. ◦ Maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.
• Solution Design and Recommendation: ◦ Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, QAs) to design and propose effective and scalable solutions that meet defined business requirements. ◦ Evaluate various solutions, considering technical feasibility, budget, timeline, and impact on existing systems. ◦ Contribute to the development of business cases to justify proposed initiatives.




• Stakeholder Communication and Management: ◦ Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication. ◦ Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong, cooperative relationships. ◦ Present findings, recommendations, and project progress to various audiences, including senior management.
• Testing and Implementation Support: ◦ Support the quality assurance (QA) and testing phases, including reviewing test plans, assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolving issues. ◦ Monitor the implementation of solutions and ensure they align with business goals and deliver expected value. ◦ Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
• Process Improvement and Data Analysis: ◦ Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. ◦ Utilize data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from various data sources. ◦ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and business impact.
• 2-5 years of full-time experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of various business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
• Experience with project management principles and tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Confluence, Jira.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
