Role Description The Information Technology Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for driving sales of KreyaJewel360’s Jewelry ERP solutions. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions to jewelry businesses. Daily activities involve managing the sales pipeline, nurturing customer relationships, coordinating with technical teams to address client requirements, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The manager will monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, maintain accurate sales reports,



and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong IT Sales and Sales skills focused on software or ERP solutions.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and opportunity qualification.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to build long-term client relationships and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Information Technology concepts relevant to SaaS, desktop, and browser-based applications.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in B2B software or ERP sales; experience with retail or jewelry industry clients is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
