Role Description This full-time, on-site Staff Validation Engineer, Silicon Validation role is based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and executing silicon validation activities for complex SoCs and mixed-signal devices, including creating validation plans, test cases, and coverage metrics. The engineer will develop and maintain validation environments, bring-up silicon in the lab, perform detailed debugging of functional and performance issues, and collaborate with design, RTL, and verification teams to root-cause and resolve problems. Day-to-day work includes hands-on lab measurements,



use of validation and debug tools, documentation of test results, and preparation of reports to support product qualification and manufacturing readiness. The role also requires continuous improvement of validation methodologies, adherence to quality and best practices, and active participation in technical reviews. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Validation and Functional Verification for digital and mixed-signal silicon.
• Candidates should possess solid RTL Design and Debugging skills for understanding architectures and resolving silicon issues.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality-oriented processes for product readiness.
• Candidates should possess experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers) and silicon bring-up.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in scripting or programming (such as Python, Perl, or C/C++) to automate validation workflows.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in silicon validation or SoC verification.
