Experience:
3–5 Years Medien Labs is looking for a creative and proactive Creative Strategist with experience in client handling and video production to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, developing creative concepts, coordinating video production activities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle client communication, understand briefs, and manage client relationships.
* Develop creative strategies, concepts, and content ideas for video and media projects.
* Assist in video production planning, coordination, and execution.
* Coordinate with internal teams, production crews, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Prepare creative briefs, presentations, proposals,



and project plans.
* Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Eligibility &

Skills:
* 3–5 years of relevant qualified experience in creative strategy, client servicing, and/or video production.
* Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
* Understanding of video production workflows, storytelling, and content development.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
* A creative mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Work
