– Billing Engineer
• About The Solitaire Group The Solitaire Group is a growing real estate company engaged in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across various locations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to handle project billing, quantity estimation, and billing documentation.
• Job Location
- Ayodhya/ Prayagraj
• Job Summary : The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and checking RA bills, contractor bills, BOQs, BBS, and quantity calculations, along with coordinating with site teams and vendors to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Roles & Responsibilities
•  Prepare and verify RA bills and client bills as per work progress and approved rates.
•  Check contractor and vendor bills, quantities, measurements, and supporting documents.
•  Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and quantity take-offs from drawings.
•  Prepare and check BBS and reinforcement quantity calculations.
•  Use AutoCAD to read drawings and calculate quantities.
•  Verify site measurements and maintain measurement sheets.




•  Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for billing and measurement-related issues.  Maintain billing records, BOQs, BBS, and supporting documents.
•  Prepare billing reports and track bill status.
•  Check quantity variations against approved BOQs and work orders.
• Desired Candidate Profile
•  Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•  3+ years of experience in billing, preferably in real estate or construction.
•  Hands-on experience in RA billing, contractor billing, BOQ preparation, and BBS.
•  Knowledge of AutoCAD, quantity estimation, and drawing interpretation.
•  Valuable numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
•  Attention to detail and ability to complete work within deadlines.
•  Experience in residential construction projects will be preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience with AutoCAD
•
• 3+ years of Real Estate experience
