We’re a product-first team in Chennai, shipping features that recruiters and candidates use every day. The Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and scale core parts of our platform. You’ll own features end to end: database, APIs, and the UI people interact with. You’ll work closely with product, design, and AI engineers. What You’ll Do
• Build and ship features across frontend and backend, from idea to production
• Design clean, scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and data models
• Build fast, responsive interfaces with a strong eye for UX
• Integrate AI/ML services and third-party APIs (ATS, calendars, video,



etc.)
• Write tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
• Monitor, debug, and improve performance and reliability in production What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, with React (or Next.js) on the frontend
• Backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Solid with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Able to take ambiguous problems and ship working solutions quickly
