• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment & Staffing
• Experience in client acquisition and client onboarding
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience in lead generation and LinkedIn research
• Hands-on experience with Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp outreach and cold calling
• Ability to identify and approach potential clients
• Strong ownership and target-oriented mindset




• Good understanding of lead and database management What You’ll Do:
• Generate new business opportunities
• Research and build a strong client pipeline
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls
• Understand client hiring requirements
• Manage client conversations and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up consistently and convert prospects into active clients
