We’re a Jaipur-based, early-stage education SaaS startup building a configurable platform for institutions (Primarily schools). The MVP is ready, Phase 1 is nearing completion, and we’re preparing for our first school pilots. The founder brings a total of 12+ years of experience, including 6+ years of education/edtech sales experience, and has built the initial product hands-on. We’re looking for a hands-on advisor/operator to work directly with the founder on:
• Fundraising readiness: sharpen the pitch, round size, use of funds, milestones, and investor data room.
• Investor outreach: identify relevant investors by stage, sector, and cheque size; build a warm-introduction plan; support pitch preparation and follow-ups.
• Company building: help shape the next 90-day plan, pilot strategy and repeatable school onboarding.
• After the initial engagement,



take ownership of a meaningful area that matches your experience. Valuable fit: Someone who has personally helped an early-stage B2B SaaS, education or technology company prepare for and close funding, and can explain exactly what they owned. Please share the round’s stage and instrument, whether it actually closed, your role, a founder reference, your availability and what you would deliver in your first 30 days. This starts as a part-time, four-week working engagement. Any longer-term operating role or compensation structure will be discussed after we’ve worked together and agreed on the scope.
