Senior Executive – Performance Marketing

2–4 Years Work Mode: On-site Industry: Advertising / Digital Marketing Agency Role Overview Brand Catapult is looking for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing with strong hands-on experience in paid media and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience, be strong with Meta Ads and Google Ads, and be comfortable managing campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns for multiple clients across different industries.
• Conduct audience, competitor and creative research before campaign execution.
• Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, testing, optimization and scaling.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives.




• Prepare campaign reports and communicate performance insights clearly.
• Manage lead generation, conversion and e-commerce campaigns.
• Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends and new performance marketing strategies. Requirements
• 2–4 years of relevant Performance Marketing experience.
• Prior experience in an advertising/digital marketing agency is mandatory.
• Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking, optimization and reporting.
• Experience working with F&B;, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands will be preferred. Working Days: Monday–Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays off)
