* Canva Proficiency: Good knowledge of Canva for creating engaging social media posts, creatives, and other visual content.
* Video & Photo Editing: Familiarity with any video or photo editing tool, whether on a mobile phone or laptop. Tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications are a plus.
* Social Media Trends: A strong understanding of current Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trending audio, memes, and viral content formats.
* Creative Mindset:



The ability to identify trends and adapt them into relevant, engaging content.
* Platform Awareness: An understanding of what works on Instagram and YouTube, including audience engagement and content formats.
* Attention to Detail: An eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and creating content that resonates with the audience. Roles & Responsibilities

* Create engaging creatives and posts using Canva.
* Edit videos and photos for social media content.

* Schedule posts and ensure consistent content publishing.
