Role Description This full-time, on-site Laboratory Assistant role is based in Dumka and supports the day-to-day operation of the laboratory. The Laboratory Assistant will prepare and label samples, follow testing protocols, and assist with routine laboratory analyses to support quality and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, recording and organizing tests and data, and reporting any anomalies or deviations to senior laboratory staff. The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines,



and collaborating with colleagues and other departments as needed. Qualifications
• Ability to perform core laboratory skills, including sample preparation and basic testing procedures.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and adherence to equipment handling and maintenance guidelines.
• Strong quality control mindset, with attention to detail and commitment to standardized procedures.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret test results and identify inconsistencies or potential issues.
• Effective communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members and supervisors.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety practices and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant diploma or degree in science or a related field; prior experience in a laboratory or industrial setting is an advantage.
