What You’ll Do
• Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics and animations across digital and social platforms for a diverse set of brands.
• Work on a variety of formats, including social media campaigns, brand films, product explainers, logo animations, reels, and other motion-led storytelling formats.
• Take ownership of projects from initial briefs to final delivery, ensuring quality, attention to detail, and timely execution.
• Translate creative briefs and static designs into compelling motion-led content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions during brainstorming sessions, internal discussions, and current business pitches.
• Experiment with different styles, techniques, and visual approaches to keep the work fresh, engaging, and relevant.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop cohesive and impactful creative work.




• Stay updated with emerging motion design trends, tools, and techniques, and look for opportunities to bring them into your work. Who You Are
• Someone who is curious, creative, and always looking for ways to push the boundaries of motion design.
• You have 2–4 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a creative, digital, or advertising agency environment.
• You have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, transitions, and design principles in motion.
• You are highly proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• You have a strong showreel or portfolio that demonstrates your creative thinking, technical skills, and range of work.
• You can independently take projects forward, manage timelines, and maintain quality without losing sight of the brief.
• You are open to feedback, comfortable collaborating with different teams, and proactive about finding solutions.
• You enjoy experimenting with new techniques and are keen to keep learning and evolving as a creative professional.
