About Famyo Famyo creates imaginative products and experiences that make everyday life more playful for children and families. The role We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to turn audience insight and performance data into high-converting creative for paid social. You’ll own the thinking behind hooks, concepts, scripts and creative briefs, then partner with design, editing and paid-media teammates to turn ideas into testable ads. What you’ll do
• Develop performance-led concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs for paid campaigns.
• Build structured creative-testing plans across static, video, creator/UGC, product-demo and story-led formats.
• Use campaign results to iterate quickly, improving thumb-stop, click-through, conversion and return on ad spend.
• Translate product perks into clear, engaging messaging for parents and children.
• Collaborate closely with design, editing, paid media and brand teams. What we’re looking for
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in performance creative, paid social, growth creative or a related role.




• A portfolio showing measurable D2C or e-commerce creative results.
• Hands-on experience with Meta or other paid-social creative testing.
• Strong grasp of creative hypotheses, ad copy, briefs and storytelling.
• Comfort interpreting CTR, hook rate, CPA, CVR and ROAS.
• Strong collaboration, visual judgement and attention to detail. Nice to have
• Experience with D2C, lifestyle, kids or character brands.
• Exposure to Meta, Google, Amazon or YouTube, plus creator/influencer-led creative. Location and schedule This is a full-time, in-office role in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. The usual schedule is 10am–7pm, Monday–Saturday.
