Job Summary We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented Executive – Network & Security to support the company’s network infrastructure and information-security operations. The role is responsible for maintaining reliable connectivity, applying security controls, responding to incidents, and ensuring systems remain monitored, documented, and compliant with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, router, switch, and related network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, access, and hardware issues; coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and external service providers.
• Administer user access, network permissions, VPN access, and role-based access controls in line with company policy.
• Monitor security alerts, logs, antivirus/EDR dashboards, and network events; escalate suspected threats or incidents promptly.
• Support firewall rules, security policies, patching, endpoint protection, backups, and configuration hardening activities.
• Assist with vulnerability assessments, audit evidence, risk registers, security awareness activities, and remediation tracking.
• Maintain accurate documentation for network diagrams, IP addressing, configurations, assets, licenses, incidents, and changes.
• Support disaster-recovery and business-continuity readiness through backup verification, restore testing, and incident-response procedures.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, cloud providers,



and software partners to maintain service continuity and contract deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in network administration, systems support, network security, or IT infrastructure operations.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, endpoint security, backup tools, and monitoring systems.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including access control, phishing prevention, patch management, incident handling, and log review. Core Competencies
