Key Responsibilities
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the production facility.
• Oversee inventory control, stock valuation, inventory audits, and reconciliation.
• Drive material planning in collaboration with production and supply chain teams.
• Manage monthly book closures, financial reporting, MIS, and cost analysis.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Optimise working capital, cost management, and financial processes.
• Own finance processes, ERP systems, and relevant modules.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of experience in finance controllership,



preferably a CA who has led larger teams and managed and owned the entire accounting function for an organization. Must have strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Robust expertise in inventory control, material planning, and plant finance.
• Experience in month-end closures, audits, financial reporting, and MIS.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; ERPNext knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
