Location:
Zak GIDC, Vahelal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Salary Range: 2,50,000 INR – 4,50,000 INR per annum (subject to experience and performance) Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Shift) Work Schedule: 6 working days per week MICROSOFT FORM LINK: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/G14qk1R6wG Responsibilities
• Ideation, Conceptualization, Design & Development of dry-waste recycling machines & sorting systems.
• Design for manufacturing, drafting and efficient assembly of parts, components and systems.
• Lead prototype fabrication, run functional tests, measure performance and iterate designs.
• Define maintenance points, lubrication plans and critical spares list.
• Produce Bill of Materials, assembly drawings, maintenance manuals for manufacturing and field teams.
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely procurement of components.
• Conducting on-field market visits to verify job work.
• Develop and implement QC to ensure manufacturing team follows engineering drawings and GD&T; standards.
• Create and maintain complete engineering documentation including design drawings, installation manuals, and technical specifications. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (B.
E./B.
Tech) is preferred; a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may also be considered.
• Expertise in Design Engineering, Machine Design, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing.




• Familiarity with Product Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software as well as Computer-Aided Manufacturing software (SolidWorks, Creo, Mastercam, AutoCAD, CATIA, Key Shot, ANSYS etc.)
• Experience in designing and developing prototypes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in the waste management or sustainability industries is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Professional Fluency in English (Written/Spoken) Applicable for:
