Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist
- Personal Branding role based in Noida. You will build and grow the LinkedIn personal brands of founders, CXOs, and senior professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing and optimizing LinkedIn profiles, defining each client's positioning and content pillars, ghostwriting posts and carousels in their voice, planning content calendars, tracking followers, engagement, and inbound leads, and refining strategy based on performance.



You will work closely with clients and our marketing team to turn personal brands into a steady source of opportunities. Qualifications
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy and Content Management approaches that align with business and lead-generation goals.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn personal branding: profile optimization, ghostwriting, and growing followers and engagement for founders or executives.
• Excellent Writing abilities, including explicit, concise, and audience-focused communication.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and design teams to produce integrated content initiatives.
• Comfort with using analytics tools to track content performance and convert insights into actionable improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in B2B marketing or lead generation is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
