Role Description The Content Writer at PilotsPathway will create clear, engaging, and informative content that supports aspiring pilots throughout their learning journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and updating website pages, blog articles, student resources, and marketing copy that explains aviation concepts in accessible language. The role involves collaborating with training and marketing teams to develop content aligned with program objectives, conducting research on aviation training topics, and ensuring all materials reflect the brand voice and educational standards.



The Content Writer will also review and refine existing content for accuracy, consistency, and readability, while meeting deadlines and content calendars. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Web Content Writing and Writing for educational or training-focused audiences.
• Ability to develop and implement a clear Content Strategy that supports program and marketing goals.
• Proficiency in Research to create accurate, well-informed content on aviation and training topics.
• Attention to detail in Proofreading to maintain high standards of grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Excellent command of written English and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as instructors, marketers, or subject-matter experts.
• Familiarity with aviation, education, or e-learning content is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Jaipur.
