About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele-Sales Executive with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with potential customers, identifying business opportunities, and generating qualified leads for our cybersecurity solutions and services. Candidates from telecommunication sales, BPO, telesales, and lead generation backgrounds are welcome. Candidates with knowledge of cybersecurity products or services will have an added advantage.

About the Role
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company offerings and generate business leads.
• Perform cold calling and follow up with prospective clients to identify sales opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant products and services effectively.
• Schedule meetings and product discussions for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in Excel or CRM tools.
• Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain a skilled relationship with prospective customers. Required Skills and

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Experience in telecommunication sales or BPO will be considered relevant.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls, explaining services, and following up with prospects.
• Ability to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• A target-oriented approach with good persuasion and negotiation skills. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Candidates with experience in cybersecurity, IT services, IT sales, or technology-related sales.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
• Experience in B2B sales or communicating with business customers.
