Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Next.js, along with hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude to build and accelerate product development. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently designing and developing end-to-end applications, translating business requirements into scalable product solutions, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to build, test, and deploy products efficiently. This role requires a strong engineering foundation, product ownership, and the ability to use AI tools effectively while maintaining code quality, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python, Next.js, React.js, and SQL.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, business logic, and integrations using Python.
• Develop up-to-date, responsive frontend applications using Next.js and React.js.
• Design database schemas, optimize complex SQL queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Use Claude and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate product ideation, prototyping, coding, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Build products and MVPs from scratch, converting business requirements into functional, production-ready applications.
• Develop reusable components, modular services, and maintainable application architectures.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication providers, databases, and external platforms.
• Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance,



and maintainability.
• Implement application security best practices, error handling, logging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Manage source control, code reviews, deployment pipelines, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver business value.
• Mentor junior developers, establish coding standards, and provide technical guidance where required.
• Stay current with AI-powered software engineering practices and identify opportunities to improve development productivity. Required Technical Skills
• Python: Strong expertise in application development, backend engineering, API development, and object-oriented programming.
• SQL: Advanced SQL, complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, indexing, and database design.
• Next.js: Strong hands-on experience building production-grade applications, routing, rendering strategies, server-side functionality, and API integration.
• Claude / AI-Assisted Development: Practical experience using Claude or similar AI coding tools for end-to-end product development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and rapid prototyping.
• Database Technologies: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL,



or equivalent relational databases.
• API Development & Integration: Experience designing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Software Engineering: Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, clean code, testing, and application architecture.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Cloud & Deployment: Experience deploying and maintaining applications using platforms such as Vercel or cloud providers. Preferred Skills
• Experience building and launching products from concept to production.
• Hands-on experience with Supabase, authentication, authorization, and database security policies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support.
• Exposure to LLM APIs, Generative AI, AI agents, and AI-enabled product features.
• Experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable SaaS applications.
• Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated solutions rather than relying on unverified code output. Candidate Profile
