Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day cluster operations and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
• Mobilise weavers and facilitate their enrolment as members of the Producer Company.
• Coordinate resource mobilisation and the establishment of well-equipped weaving units.
• Monitor weaving operations, production activities, and resource utilisation.
• Implement strategies to develop retail, wholesale, and other marketing channels.
• Ensure effective functioning and management of the Producer Company at the cluster level.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement capacity-building and institution-building programmes for weavers and the Producer Company.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partner organisations, government departments, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cluster performance, maintain records, and submit regular reports to management.
• Travel to field locations for at least 10 days per month.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required by partner agencies and the management team
• Manage operations of the Producer Company at the cluster level
• Maintain the office neat and clean Having 2 years of experience or being a fresher with Sound Domain Knowledge in a particular field.
