Company Description; MAAK NATURAL is a growing bio-ingredient manufacturer specializing in Essential Oils, Oleoresins, Natural Colors, and Botanical extracts. Role Description; The Business Development Executive/Manager will work on-site in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Cochin in a full-time capacity, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for MAAK NATURAL’s product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and developing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating pricing and contract discussions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. The individual will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and support long-term business planning. Regular reporting on pipeline, sales performance, and key accounts is expected.



Qualifications; Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and support growth initiatives. Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business. Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in bio-ingredients, food, fragrance, nutraceuticals, or related sectors, is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field is preferred. Manage multiple priorities, and use CRM and productivity tools effectively. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, with a results-oriented and ethical approach to business development.
