1–5 years preferred in automobile service Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to handle customer service requirements, coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at our Hyundai service center.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints and vehicle details.
• Explain required repairs, service estimates, labour charges, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and vehicle delivery.
• Explain additional repair requirements and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.




• Follow up with customers after service and encourage repeat visits.
• Achieve service department targets, including labour sales, customer satisfaction, and upselling.
• Maintain proper documentation, service records, and billing coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Hyundai service standards, and SOPs. Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and repairs.
• Customer complaint handling and problem-solving.
• Coordination and time-management skills.
