Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 INR per month depending on experience and skills. The Social Media Content Creator will develop, write, and design engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, producing short-form videos and graphics, drafting captions and posts, and ensuring brand consistency across all social media platforms. The role also involves monitoring engagement metrics, responding to comments or messages as needed, and suggesting new ideas and formats to increase reach and audience interaction.



Collaboration with HR TEAM’s internal teams to understand service offerings and translate them into compelling social media narratives will be a key part of the position. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in social media copywriting, content ideation, and basic graphic or video creation for digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media management, including planning content calendars, scheduling posts, and tracking performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess skills in audience engagement, such as understanding platform trends, using relevant hashtags, and interacting with followers in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing concepts, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and analyzing reach and engagement data.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Delhi on a full-time schedule are required.
• Prior experience in social media content creation for brands or agencies, familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, basic Photoshop), and an understanding of HR or skilled services are advantageous.
