About the role
Amar hi-Tech Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Wirecut Operator to join our production team. You will set up and run wire cut EDM machines to produce precise components, and work to drawing and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities
• Set up, operate and monitor wire cut EDM machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions
• Load programs, align and clamp workpieces, and set wire and machine parameters
• Inspect finished parts with measuring instruments to meet tolerances
• Do routine machine maintenance, including wire, filters and dielectric checks
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organised
• Report machine or quality issues to the supervisor or HOD Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in wirecut machine operation
• Able to read drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier,



micrometer and similar)
• Willing to work rotational shifts (Day / Evening / Night)
• Valuable attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
