Role Description The Compliance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Rajahmundry. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks and policies aligned with regulatory requirements for NBFCs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and updating internal procedures, conducting compliance audits, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring timely filings and reporting to relevant authorities. The Compliance Manager will work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to address compliance risks, resolve issues, and support process optimization. The role also involves training staff on compliance standards, maintaining documentation for audits, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability. Qualifications
