• Letter drafting: Prepare first drafts of recommendation letters using recommender intake notes and the client’s evidence.
• Personal statements: Draft and revise personal statements based on client input and feedback.
• Plain-language explanation: Explain clients’ technical, scientific, or business work so that a USCIS officer with no background in the field understands why it matters.
• Research: Review client CVs, publications, patents, and press coverage to identify the facts that best show their impact.
