The Last Shack is a beachside restaurant on Morjim Beach, Goa, known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality food, and standout cocktails. We are affiliated with Sean Coco Palms, and also provide services to Coco Palms. Staff accommodation for this role is provided at Sean Coco Palms. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own everything that happens on the floor — from open to close. You'll be the single point of contact for front-of-house operations, staff leadership, events, and coordination with our marketing agency, working alongside our back-end manager to keep the whole restaurant running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee all front-of-house operations from opening through closing
• Lead, schedule, and manage the floor staff on a daily basis
• Train recent staff and continually develop the skills of the existing team
• Act as the main point of contact for all floor-related and creative matters
• Plan and execute in-restaurant events from concept through delivery




• Coordinate directly with the marketing agency on promotions, campaigns, and events
• Maintain service standards, guest experience, and overall floor presentation
• Work closely with the back-end manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues in real time Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality operations role
• Strong customer service background with a polished, well-spoken manner
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to train, mentor, and elevate a team
• Comfortable managing events and coordinating with external partners, including marketing agencies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and lead effectively during high-pressure service periods Compensation
• Up to ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Accommodation and meals included.
