The retail portfolio includes high-density and orthopaedic mattresses, pillows, and cushions, while also serving industrial clients with order-based specialty and packaging foams. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales – Mattress & Home Furnishing role based in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for various positions.
• An energetic, target-oriented sales professional with hands-on field sales experience. •⁠ ⁠Actively involved in market visits, customer meetings,



lead generation, and order acquisition. •⁠ ⁠Capable of developing current dealer and retailer relationships and maintaining existing accounts. •⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •⁠ ⁠Experience in mattresses, furniture, home furnishings, or related retail industries will be an added advantage. •⁠ ⁠Willing to travel across region to develop market presence and generate sales. *

Key Responsibilities
* •⁠ ⁠Conduct regular market visits and identify potential dealers and retail partners. •⁠ ⁠Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets. •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors. •⁠ ⁠Explore new business opportunities and expand SleepKare's market presence. •⁠ ⁠Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
