- Minimum 6 months experience in sales/counselling. ✓ Candidate Counselling – Guide candidates from diverse educational backgrounds and help them identify suitable career-oriented courses. ✓ Course Explanation – Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities in a simple and effective manner. ✓ Lead Follow-Up – Regularly connect with interested candidates and maintain timely follow-ups.



✓ Admission Conversion – Convert qualified and interested leads into successful admissions. ✓ Lead Management – Maintain accurate candidate details, follow-ups, and lead status. ✓ Target & Team Coordination – Work towards assigned targets and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth admission experience. ⏰ WORKING DETAILS ?Days
