FDE Enablement Consultant Employment type: Full time | Remote / Hybrid Preferred locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai or Pune (where most of our clients are based). Occasional travel for in-person sessions.

Experience:
8–15 years Role overview Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) work closely with customers to run discovery, understand real problems, prototype quickly, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that work in production. As more organisations adopt this model, their engineers need to build these capabilities through practice, not just theory. Practice-based learning is at the core of what Tekstac does. Since 2017, we have supported upskilling and reskilling for 1 million+ technology professionals across leading enterprises, and we're already delivering FDE enablement programs for global technology and consulting firms. As an FDE Enablement Consultant, you'll own FDE programs end to end for engineering teams at our enterprise clients, from tailoring and delivery to measuring outcomes. Your goal is to help engineers move from understanding the FDE model to applying it on real problems. You'll combine your own GenAI experience with Tekstac's labs and assessments to make learning hands-on and measurable. For clients just starting their FDE journey, you'll also help shape the right learning approach.





What you'll do
• Deliver FDE workshops and training programs, in person and virtually.
• Build learning experiences through case studies, simulations and real-world exercises.
• Use Tekstac labs, assessments and learning pathways to make learning measurable and scalable.
• Tailor programs to each client's audience, technology stack and goals.
• Help clients new to FDE clarify their learning needs and shape an appropriate approach. What we're looking for
• 8–15 years of experience, including 3+ years in technical training, enablement or customer-facing engineering.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications (projects, POCs or production systems).
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with senior engineering audiences.
• A learn-by-doing mindset. Good to have
• Experience delivering technology solutions directly for customers (e.g., solution architecture, implementation or pre-sales engineering).
• Experience with lab platforms or technical assessments. You don't need to know every tool an FDE uses. You do need to make complex ideas usable and enjoy helping engineers grow their capabilities.
