About the Role
Asha Hospital is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in the healthcare sector and the ability to manage HR functions efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and processes.
• Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing activities.
• Oversee employee induction, onboarding, and orientation.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Build positive employee relations and improve employee engagement.
• Ensure HR compliance, employee documentation, and record management.




• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning and employee performance management. Qualifications & Requirements
• MBA / MHA / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM).
• 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
