– Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer (GenAI & RAG)

Experience:
5+ Years Domain: AI/ML, Generative AI

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop scalable Python applications and automated data processing pipelines.
• Work with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and document processing.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions. Required Skills
• Solid hands-on experience in Python and machine learning.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of NLP, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and AI tools.




• Experience with data pipelines, APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Good to Have
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Document Intelligence.
• Knowledge of document extraction, processing, and version comparison.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with production ML deployment and monitoring. Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI/ML engineer with strong Python expertise, practical GenAI/RAG implementation experience, and the ability to independently develop and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
