We’re looking for a Social Media Lead with 4-6 years of experience to join us. Pravis is building a Creative Diversity-led Marketing System that brings together AI, creativity and performance to help brands grow. Our team brings experience from HUL, PepsiCo and Airtel, alongside creative and media expertise from Ogilvy and WPP. We work with brands end to end, taking ownership of both the work and its outcomes. What’s in it for you?

Work alongside people who have built brands and campaigns at HUL, PepsiCo, Airtel, Ogilvy and WPP. You’ll be a solid fit if you:
• Have 4-6 years of experience managing social media for brands across industries, including digital-first brands.
• Have handled a team and is experienced in cross-function communication
• Communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and in conversation.
• Can move quickly, adapt to changing priorities and take work through to completion.
• Already use AI in your day-to-day work or are curious and keen to learn.
• Keep a close eye on competitors, culture and the trends shaping social media.
• Have a sharp creative eye and can explain what would make an idea, visual or piece of copy stronger.
