Senior Level Tester (7-15 Years) Standard Skillset Role: Testing Must Have Core Testing & Quality Engineering
• Test planning, design, and execution for complex enterprise applications
• Manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Defect management, triage, and root cause analysis
• Requirements analysis and risk-based testing

• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites
• Hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks, including:
• Robot Framework
• Playwright
• Selenium
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to develop reusable automation assets and improve test coverage through automation Technical Skills
• API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
• Programming and scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL
