Trend Loud focuses on internet media production, celebrity online reputation management, digital media marketing services, and content licensing on online media portals. It is also distinguished as the only multi-channel network (MCN) from Tamil Nadu, offering collaborative opportunities with high-energy, like-minded teams. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Chennai. The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client relationships, including coordinating campaigns, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment between client objectives and Trend Loud’s digital content and media solutions. The role involves preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal production, marketing, and ORM teams to meet client expectations and timelines. The Account Executive will also support current business development, maintain accurate account documentation,



and help identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, coordinate projects, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, creators, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of digital media, online content ecosystems, and social platforms; familiarity with web series, MCN operations, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRMs) and comfort working with data and performance reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in account management, client servicing, media, or advertising is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai and adapt to a fast-paced, content-focused environment.
