Role Description The Senior Executive Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, inventory coordination, and workflow management to support timely and accurate medicine delivery. The Senior Executive Operations will monitor operational metrics, identify process gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.



The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The individual in this position will also support reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen overall operations and customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily workflows, monitor performance, and drive process efficiency.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key operational metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
