About the Role
Jombay helps organisations identify great managers and make them future-ready through its talent assessment, development and engagement solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can engage CXO and HR leaders, frame their talent challenges, and convert them into credible solutions and revenue. This role carries direct revenue responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
? Recent Business Development: Acquire new clients and build a strong pipeline in the Chennai market ? Consultative Selling: Lead diagnostic conversations with senior stakeholders and translate their challenges into structured solutions across Jombay?s platform and consulting offerings ? Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Jombay portfolio ? Client Relationship Management:



Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure repeat business and retention ? Delivery Alignment: Work with internal teams to ensure what is sold is delivered with quality and on time ? Market Intelligence: Track market trends and share regular insights to shape growth plans ? CRM & Reporting: Keep the CRM and pipeline updated and maintain accurate MIS Key Competencies ? Strategic Thinking: Spots new markets and growth opportunities aligned to business goals ? Client Focus: Understands client needs and builds trust with stakeholders ? Negotiation

Skills:
Handles objections, leads commercial discussions and closes profi table deals ? Collaboration: Works closely with relevant smooth client delivery ? Ownership: Takes full accountability for results and follows through on commitments
