We’re Hiring | Active LED Technical Head Company: Waulite Technologies Private Limited Are you an experienced technical professional with expertise in Active LED Displays, service operations, AMC management, and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a skilled Active LED Technical Head to lead our service operations, manage technical teams, and ensure reliable performance of LED display solutions. ?

Key Responsibilities
✅ Service & AMC Management: Manage AMC schedules, preventive maintenance, warranty tracking, and timely service execution. ✅ Service Coordination: Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, and service vendors to ensure installations, repairs, and complaint closures within defined SLA timelines. ✅ Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to LED modules, power supplies, controllers, processors, and overall display performance. ✅ Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, provide regular service updates, and ensure customer satisfaction. ✅ Installation & Deployment: Plan and coordinate site surveys, installations, commissioning, testing, and handover of Active LED screens. ✅ Team & Vendor Management: Allocate service activities, monitor technician performance, and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. ✅ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain service records, installation reports, AMC trackers, SLA performance reports, and weekly/monthly MIS.



✅ Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Monitor spare availability, faulty components, repair status, and inventory utilization. ✅ Quality & Performance Monitoring: Track screen uptime, ensure installation quality, conduct preventive maintenance, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. ✅ Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with project, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure resource availability and timely project execution. ? What We’re Looking For
• Strong technical knowledge of Active LED displays and associated components.
• Experience in service operations, AMC management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage field teams, service partners, and customer escalations.
• Good coordination, planning, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to service quality and SLA compliance. ?
