Role Description The Molding Machine Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Lucknow Area, supporting daily operations of plastic molding and related production activities. The role involves preparing raw materials, loading and unloading molds, monitoring machine parameters, and assisting with start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures to maintain consistent product quality. The Molding Machine Assistant helps inspect molded parts for defects, performs basic measurements and visual checks, and reports any abnormalities or equipment issues to the supervisor.



Daily tasks also include keeping the work area clean and organized, following safety and quality guidelines, supporting routine maintenance activities as directed, and coordinating with team members to meet production targets. This role works closely with machine operators, quality control staff, and production supervisors to ensure smooth, productive manufacturing processes. Qualifications
• Ability to operate and assist with plastic molding machines, including handling molds, managing raw materials, and following standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and quality inspection methods for plastic and sheet metal components.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including safe material handling, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to factory safety protocols.
• Physical ability to perform standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in following instructions, and willingness to learn new processes and technical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate smoothly with operators, supervisors, and quality staff.
• Prior experience in injection molding, extrusion, or general factory/production work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school or equivalent education; vocational training in mechanical, plastics, or manufacturing trades is an advantage.
