Job Title: Accountant – BUSY Software, GST, EPF/ESIC & RBI Compliance

Chandigarh Employment Type: Full time Companies: Maxim Mechatronics Limited & Dawn Financial Services Limited Job Overview We are seeking a competent Accountant to independently maintain the books of accounts for two companies using BUSY Accounting Software and manage applicable statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, cash books and bank books in BUSY Software.
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, as applicable.
- Handle EPF and ESIC compliance, contribution calculations and applicable filings for Maxim Mechatronics Limited.
- Prepare and file applicable RBI returns and regulatory reports for Dawn Financial Services Limited.
- Perform bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation and assist with TDS compliance,



audits and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely statutory filings. Requirements

Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
- Practical working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of GST return filing and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of EPF and ESIC compliance.
- Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior RBI/NBFC compliance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
