We're looking for Web Accessibility Engineers

Responsibilities:
• As a Web Accessibility Engineer on the team, this role requires a foundational understanding of technical accessibility standards to support remediation efforts using established testing methodologies.
• You will perform accessibility evaluations of web applications, document findings clearly, and contribute actionable recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering throughout the project lifecycle, supporting accessibility reviews and helping ensure inclusive experiences are built into the product from the ground up.
• You will also contribute to the team's accessibility training materials, tooling, and standards as you grow in the role. Skills Required:




• Foundational knowledge and experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to debug unfamiliar code and trace an issue to its root cause using browser developer tools
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent practical experience (Note: Relevant applicants will receive an email requesting additional information as part of the next stage.
